Coley the Jamaica Bay Osprey's migration has begun!

Per the delightful update I received via the National Parks of New York Harbor Conservancy email moments ago:

Coley's migration has begun!
On Monday, at about 9:40am Coley officially bid his nest at Jamaica Bay goodbye for his annual migration south.  In just nine hours, our Osprey traveled over 200 miles, and will continue at this impressive pace until he reaches his winter feeding grounds.

You can follow his exciting travels at jamaicabayosprey.com. The site is now live and will be continually updated with Coley's adventures. Check out the first leg of his journey, learn how we're tracking him and discover how this process all began.
